Spence Realty managed my property for several years and did an impeccable job. As with most rental homes, there were several repairs requested by the tenants, of which Spence Realty handled with little to no effort on my end. There was one repair that was quite expensive, and they actually had multiple bids done so that I could chose how I wanted to proceed. I would highly recommend Spence Realty to anyone looking to 'set it and forget it' when it comes to rental property.
